If it were me, I would ‘no-index’ both the category and tag pages to avoid being penalized by Google (as their bot may thing these pages as duplicates).

yup you are right,I meant to say any other sites like redgage where we can share the links of our articles not the complete article when someone clicks it redirects to our site article
