this is my biggest companion, E72 is my phone. i love this phone.

Memory:
“The RAM capacity is increased to 250MB” — that’s not even close to truth. E72 has 128 MB RAM – exactly as E71 has – but because of fact, that E72 has FP2 OS, there is _less_ available memory (after boot-up) than in E71 – yes, that’s true – E72 is one step backwards.
Maybe you thought about internal storage? In fact there is now 250 MB.

Battery:
“(…) power management has improved” – in great 3G signal quality with several texts and about 10 minutes talks phone stays alive for…. about 52 hours (from ION Battery meter). Great, isn’t? (of course I did few hard resets trying to fix it)

OS – neat, I have to admit.

Audio:
External speaker has poor sound quality (tested against cheapest speakers (~3USD for two) available).

Messaging:
Built-in Nokia Mail is piece of crap. Available freeware (emoze) is WAY better.

And last but most important – Nokia is cutting edges of every penny we spend on its… product – their awesome quality – after carrying phone in the pocket (nothing but only phone in the case) – it looks like cheapest available phone case: http://img159.imagevenue.com/gallery/loc494/921_1485_Awesome_Nokia_quality.php
And Nokia claims that this is business phone? I had to hide this in trashcan… because I felt ashamed of part of my brand new Nokia phone :/

I really don’t understand why anyone would disagree with that. I think that sounds like it is something to look more closely at.
